Welcome to the Sojournings Adopt Shop!!!
Thanks for visiting our (very) small shop with hand made items for our adoption. The blankets were hand made by my grandmother who lives in the "hollers" of East Tennessee. You can tell, with many of them, she put in much time and effort, and Liz and I want to say thank you to her for donating her time to make these for our journey. We will have more hand made items from other family members soon. Liz's sister, Emily, has made some scarfs for us. Again, Liz and I are thankful to them for donating these items.
Here's how the store works. We have the suggested donation listed along with each blanket. When you decide which one you want, you can click on the Paypal "Donate" button. The amount for the suggested donation is blank, so we would ask that you at least type in the suggested donation amount from the home page. If you would like to donate more toward our adoption journey, we would be thankful for that, but we will be happy to send you the items at the minimum donation. I will try my best to remove items immediately that have already been purchased. However, in the rare event that two people pay for the same item, it will go to the first person who paid, and we will return the money to the second person. I hope this doesn't happen, but I wanted to at least cover that base before we begin.
